Since Tucker was born two weeks EARLY we have been taking turns flying back and forth to meet the state of California's requirements. When one of us is in California the other is in West Virginia in order to be with him. It has been intense and emotional but there are not limits to what we will do in order to get him home. WV sees us as Tucker's parents...California seems to think we need FBI clearance before we can bring him home. It is definately a frustrating process, but when you hold him and look into those big eyes you KNOW it is all worth it.
