Splish, Splash

You might not believe it...Tucker loves his bath time. He loves the warm water and having his hair and body rubbed. He relaxes with to the smell of lavender and makes cute noises while we try to get him nice and clean. He smells wonderfully all the time but I enjoy him after his bath when you smell the formula a little less. :) He gets a little cranky when we take him from the nice warm water but calms down once we swaddle and dress him.

He is responding to the "schedule" really well. Not that the schedule is set in stone, he is too young for that, but we do try to maintain some consistent activities for him. His bath time is always before his last bottle of the night and we turn his soft Mickey light on and start the ocean music...he seems to instantly know we are going to sleep. Thanks to some advice we have changed his sleep patterns too. He sleeps 3 hours at a time and wakes long enough to fill his belly and then back to slumber he goes till about 8 in the morning.

In the morning he is awake for a few hours looking around and looking at me as if to say "hey, you are starting to get the hang of this". The one thing I will say about Tucker...he is a hungry boy. Each time he wakes up he thinks we haven't fed him for 12 hours, he screams like there is no tomorrow! The instant you plug the bottle in he relaxes and everything in the world is back to normal. Takes after Mom and Dad...we feel that way about Sushi. :)
