On Wednesday afternoon Scott and I are giving Tucker a bath and organizing the hotel room. We were pretty sure we would be spending a few more days (if not the rest of our lives) in West Virginia. The paperwork was completed, this much we knew, however it required several signatures and clearance from Cal and WV.
Tucker isn't a huge fan of baths. He hates to be cold! He was screaming when we got the call "You are cleared to fly home!"
We had tentative flights scheduled throughout the week that we kept postponing as another day would go by and we were unable to make the boarding times. Scott had just said that he needed to call United to change the flights again. When the call came in we had 20 MINUTES to pack and leave for the airport in order to catch that flight! We cried just knowing that within 12 hours we would be home with our son.
